WALK-IN CLINIC:
Thornlea Medical Centre and Walk-In Clinic provides same-day medical services by highly trained medical doctors and requires no appointment.
Dr. P. Lombardi and Dr. K. Leung completed both their undergraduate studies and medical school at the world-recognized University of Toronto. They further completed a two-year family practice residency program through the University of Toronto.
Dr. K. Leung also is a certified injector for Botox and fillers. These anti-aging products are very popular in recent years for maintaining a youthful, relaxed appearance.
We provide extended weekday and weekend hours
We are a Primary care walk-in clinic for same-day medical services, and do not provide ongoing comprehensive family medicine, nor is this an emergency department.
Please note that as walk-in doctors we may not complete some forms as this is the responsibility of your family doctor.
FAMILY PRACTICE:
Dr. Irum Tariq is a full-time family physician who provides ongoing family practice care to patients registered to her practice (by appointment only).
Please call (416) 425-8800 if you are interested in being put on a wait-list to join her practice.
Please note that all family physicians will not complete any forms for new patients until they have been established in the practice for at least 4 - 6 months.
